On this Monday’s episode, Chuck will have Jimmy Quinn. Jimmy Quinn is the General Manager at Briarwood Wine and Spirits. He is taking a beat to talk with Chuck about his recent travels to pick Out barrels for the shop and most recently to Tales of the cocktail. An annual spirits conference in NOLA.

Jimmy is a Certified Specialist of spirits with the Society of Wine Educators. Born and raised in Mississippi he has a keen sense of balance when creating beverages that are progressive and approachable.
