Jeff is the second half of the genius behind BRAVO! When he is not driving Dan up the wall, he can be found working for the improvement of Jackson and doting on his wife and college sweetheart, Debbie, and twin daughters.

Tanya is the Chief Operations Officer for BRAVO! (and Broad Street and Sal & Mookie’s). She is responsible for all three of the restaurants, in all aspects. From front house management support and guidance to employee training and development systems, to customer engagement and satisfaction, promotion, special events and more, Tanya is truly the head of the business, working directly with Jeff pushing each restaurant and its team members to the highest levels of “Get to Yes”, and “Do the Right Thing” behaviors. Tanya has been with the company for just under two decades.

Jon Pixler is the Culinary Director and Corporate Chef for BRAVO! (and Broad Street and Sal & Mookie’s). He is responsible for all three of the kitchen operations, the chefs and kitchen managers, and ultimately each line cook, prep cook, and dishwasher. He works through the BRAVO! culinary leadership team and supports them fully. Jon has been with our company for 25 years and is affectionately known as “THE G.O.A.T.”, there is NO ONE who knows more about our businesses than Jon. He is a fountain of information and is always happy to share.

A well-known face in the BRAVO! dining room, Dale’s tenure with the restaurant spans 15 years and counting. As the service manager, Dale carries forth the legacy of guest focus and hospitality and challenges his team to show their best each day. An avid traveler, Dale enjoys outdoor activities, great food, and good friends.

Having returned to BRAVO! after a stint elsewhere, Chris brings his talents home with specials and desserts that are heavenly. Chris has a side hobby as a DJ, and a small custom cheesecake business as well.
