Jeff is the second half of the genius behind BRAVO! When he is not driving Dan up the wall, he can be found working for the improvement of Jackson and doting on his wife and college sweetheart, Debbie, and twin daughters.

Chuck Nix is a Certified Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers and Certified Specialist of Wine with The Society of Wine Educators. He is a senior board member and co-founder of the Southern Sommelier Collective, a burgeoning initiative to unite professionals and enthusiasts in the southern U.S. to advance hospitality and wine culture in the region. He has worked as a Sommelier/wine buyer/consultant in Mississippi since 2018. Chuck has approximately 20 years in the hospitality industry with a focus on wine for the last six years professionally.
Chuck has a desire to educate and unite. That desire is centered on the dining room floor and expands to the community. He believes in not just being nice, but being kind to the people he meets.

Jon is Mangia Bene’s Executive Chef overseeing BRAVO!, Broad Street, and Sal & Mookie's kitchens and menus. Jon believes in working hard, playing hard, and truly caring about what you do. A restaurant industry veteran, Jon’s career has encompassed stints at Po Folk’s, opening Grady’s American Grill, and working his way up the ladder at BRAVO! When he isn’t cooking, you can find him playing disc golf or basketball and giving his three awesome kids a hard time.
