This weekly series is meant to shine a light on the enthusiastic, passionate, professionals in the south blazing trails in their respective fields. On this week’s episode, Chuck will be interviewing  Brandi Carter. Brandi Carter is the Beverage Director at Elvie’s Restaurant in Downtown Jackson. Her program is dedicated to exposing our market to natural wine. She is kicking off Women’s history month as the first feature on Monday Meditations with wine. Brandi has been studying wine for just over four years. She loves wine, especially wine with a story – small productions, anything on the natural end of the spectrum, interesting varietals, and fermentation styles.
