We are partnering with Pilar Wine Brokers, LLC and Stacy Pytlewski, the Director of Sales for Coquerel Wines, for this wine dinner. As always, our chefs will prepare a fabulous five-course dinner that will be perfectly paired with five delicious wines to complete each course. Tickets for our Coquerel Wine Dinner will be $120. We recommend reserving your seat early, as seats are limited due to COVID 19 restrictions. This event will be socially distanced to maintain the safety of our guests. Here is a little about our Speaker Stacy Pytlewski, and Coquerel Wines. Stacey Pytlewski – Director of Sales Growing up in the Bay Area with such proximity to wine country led Stacey to a natural love of the wine industry. After earning a BA in Communications and Media Studies from Colorado State University, she returned to Northern California and has been passionately selling wine for some of the Napa Valley’s finest producers for over 10 years. While not on the road blazing trails for Coquerel, Stacey is an avid runner and horse enthusiast and can be found running the vineyard trails or riding her horse. Coquerel Family Wine Estates Coquerel Family Wine Estates is located just beyond the town of Calistoga at the north end of the Napa Valley. The heart and soul of our winery is our estate “Walnut Wash” vineyard, a gorgeous, oak-studded property that sits in the afternoon shadows of the Mayacamas Mountains. Since 2005, we have done extensive enhancement and replanting of the site to ensure world-class fruit from vintage to vintage. The combination of warm temperatures and deep, clay/stone soils makes this ideal terroir for Sauvignon Blanc, our flagship variety. It also produces exceptional Verdelho, Tempranillo and Petite Sirah. In addition to our estate fruit, we source Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, and other noble grapes from a handful of like-minded, premier growers throughout the Napa Valley.
