Cooking Class: Gravlax Curing Save My Spot In a first-ever event for BRAVO!, on November 17th at 11:30 AM you will have the opportunity to get hands-on and learn how to prepare a classic, cured salmon dish: gravlax! During the class, you will learn how to cure your own piece of salmon while enjoying a cocktail of your choice along with a demonstration (and tasting!) of various ways to enjoy your gravlax. At the end of the class you will have your very own dish to take with you to enjoy over the next week or two for breakfast or as Thanksgiving hors d’oeurves.
