Why BRAVO!: Before I came to BRAVO!, I spent thirteen years working in both corporate and independently-owned restaurants, but those jobs never felt quite right. When I started working here as a server in 2006, I knew that I’d finally found my home. Over the course of the next six years, I came to realize that whether I am focused on leading my team, caring for customers, or dealing with numbers and logistics, I am in a place that brings out the best in me.
The best thing about being at BRAVO! – other than the Beef Tenderloin with Sautéed Mushrooms and Penne Pasta, of course – is that I am able to be myself while doing a job I love. Whether I’m cheerleading for an overwhelmed staff in an overcrowded dining room, providing a shoulder to cry on in the back office, or pitching in behind-the-scenes, I get to make a difference by always doing my very best. It’s my job to make sure that every employee and every guest knows just how special and important they are to the BRAVO! family, and that’s a job that keeps me coming back to work with energy and a smile.
