Why BRAVO!: I started out as a computer salesman in the Jackson area, but quickly got hooked on the idea of starting a restaurant with Dan. I’ve always been the sales guy, so I knew that a combination of my sales skills and Dan’s approach to food would be a success.
It took two years of hard work to open BRAVO! back in 1994, but I still fall in love with it every time I work the floor. Even though we’ve gone on to open more restaurants, BRAVO! will always hold a special place in my heart. We strive to always do better than the day before and to give our customers an experience that can’t be duplicated anywhere in Jackson.
